The Wedding Consultation and Booking process
Complete our short Wedding Interest Form which can be found at the bottom of this page. This provides us with your contact details.
We will be in contact with you and will send you a more in-depth Wedding Enquiry Form. This form will take around 15 minutes to complete and asks questions surrounding your date, venue, budget, colour scheme and most importantly - your floral preferences!
We will review your answers and contact you to arrange a telephone consultation. We will go through your answers and have a chat around your flower preferences and other elements such as ribbons and vases. This is a good time to send us any inspiration photos or Pinterest boards!
We will go away with the information from your consultation and create a mood board which includes flowers, colours and textures. These are completely bespoke to you, the time of year and your venue. The mood board helps to visualise your wedding flowers, based on our floral style.
We will send you the mood board for you to review, along with a quote. This is the time to decide if you are happy with everything and to let us know if you want to make any changes.
If necessary, we will make any adjustments and re-send you the mood board and quote for you to give the final OK.
Only once everyone is happy, we will take a non-refundable booking deposit. Deposits range from £50.00 to £100.00 depending on the amount of florals desired. Only once the deposit is paid, will your wedding date be secured.
You’re all booked in!
We will be in contact 2 months prior to your big day to do a final consultation and ensure everything is in line with your vision. We will discuss your itinerary for the day and iron out any final details. This is the last point to mention any alterations or additions you want to make. The remaining payment will then be taken in full.
Time to sit back, relax and enjoy the build up to your big day! We will be there on the morning of your wedding creating floral magic.
