We are a small floristry business based in Sawtry, Cambridgeshire and currently only offer delivery to local villages and towns.
Due to the nature of floral design involving live flower stock, we are unable to offer refunds, returns or exchanges on any of our products unless they are noted as damaged on delivery. Please see our damage policy below for T&Cs.

Every design we make is discussed with our customers before proceeding to payment. We ensure every detail is to liking during the design process before we begin creating.
All our floral arrangements are handcrafted using the highest quality blooms and sundries.
DAMAGE POLICY
All orders are hand delivered by the florist to ensure no damage is caused in delivery. In the unlikely event of any damage, we will discuss with you how best to make this right - whether it's new a new box, bag or wrapping for the bouquet, or broken blooms being replaced. We will then endeavor to get you the replacement before the occasion that it's required. We are unable to offer refunds if we are able to replace the product on time for the occasion.
In the event we are unable to replace the damaged item on time for the event the flowers were required for, we will then offer a full refund.
NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING DEPOSIT POLICY
Weddings, funerals and other events will involve a £50.00 - £100.00 non-refundable booking deposit. This will then follow by the final outstanding payment, outlined below:
Weddings, parties and events - final payment in full due 2 months prior to the date
Funerals - final payment in full due 2 weeks prior to the funeral date
If a wedding, party, event or funeral is scheduled in sooner than time stated above, payment will be due in full at the time of booking.
EVENT CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULE POLICY
We will do our best to accommodate if event dates are moved. If we cannot move to a changed event date, or the customer cancels our services, the booking deposit will be retained and not refunded.
If the customer cancels a wedding, party or event order with over 30 days notice until the date, a full refund - minus the non-refundable booking deposit - will be issued. Cancellations with 30 days or less notice until the wedding, party or event date will not be entitled to a refund.
We are able to move wedding, party or event dates only if we are available and with over 30 days notice. If we are not available for the rescheduled date and/or we have 30 days or less notice until the original date, the customer will not be entitled to a refund.
If a customer cancels a funeral order with over 10 days until the date, a full refund - minus the non-refundable booking deposit - will be issued. Cancellations with 10 days or less notice until the funeral date will not be entitled to a refund.
We are able to move funeral dates only if we are available and with over 10 days notice. If we are not available for the rescheduled date and/or we have 10 days or less notice until the original date, the customer will not be entitled to a refund.
Rain and Bloom hold the right to withdraw and cancel our services and financial transactions.
We will not tolerate any abuse, hate speech, bullying, or unlawful behaviour. We hold the right to cease trade and disable accounts with any customers who cannot abide to this.

All promotional products are clearly marked with promotion start and end dates. Should a refund be granted on a promotional product, the customer will receive a refund of the price paid at the time of the promotion only.
